Elan’s trainers are from Canada, Holland, The United Kingdom, Indonesia,Australia, Malaysia and The Middle East.We are " Global in Thinking - Local in Understanding".

The team is led by Najwa Green an internationally recognized professional trainer with over 25 years experience in the service and hospitality industry.

Our Philosophy is to :

•	Always create a training program that is tailor-made for the client’s specific needs, combining professional training skills with results.
•	Maximize the potential capability and understanding of each participant by focusing on small-scale numbers of participants.
•	Design courses to motivate and inspire individuals to have a greater understanding of their role in the success of an organization.
•	Help individuals to challenge their limits but still be within their abilities and, therefore to increase their interests and commitment.
•	Whenever possible, conduct post training course assignments (follow-up sessions) to maintain the standard of participant and to maintain a rewarding service for the client
